2. NFT Collection Overview

Everdantia is a collection of unique digital artworks (NFTs) representing trees in a magical forest. Each NFT is stored on the Ethereum blockchain and represents ownership of a unique digital asset.

2.1 What You Own

• You own the NFT token and the associated digital artwork
• You have the right to display, sell, or transfer your NFT
• You do NOT own the underlying intellectual property or copyright

3. Intellectual Property

Everdantia retains all intellectual property rights to the artwork, characters, stories, and brand elements. NFT ownership grants you:

• Personal, non-commercial use rights
• Right to display your NFT publicly
• Right to include in personal collections or galleries

Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement.

4. Environmental Impact & Conservation

Everdantia is committed to environmental responsibility:

• A portion of proceeds supports real-world reforestation efforts
• We use energy-efficient blockchain solutions where possible
• Conservation partnerships are maintained transparently

Environmental claims are made in good faith based on available information and partnerships.

5. Marketplace & Trading

5.1 Primary Sales

NFTs may be purchased directly from Everdantia through authorized channels.

5.2 Secondary Sales

You may resell your NFTs on compatible marketplaces. Everdantia may receive royalties from secondary sales as programmed into the smart contract.

5.3 Pricing

All prices are set in cryptocurrency (ETH) and are subject to blockchain transaction fees.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Everdantia NFTs for:

• Commercial purposes without licensing
• Creating derivative works for commercial gain
• Promoting hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
• Trademark or copyright infringement
• Any use that damages the Everdantia brand

7. Platform Disclaimer

Everdantia platform is provided "as is" without warranties:

• We do not guarantee platform availability
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Technical issues may affect functionality
• Third-party integrations are not under our control

8. Limitation of Liability

Everdantia's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Loss of cryptocurrency or NFTs due to user error
• Blockchain network issues or fees
• Third-party marketplace problems
• Changes in NFT value or market conditions

9. Privacy & Data

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via:

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
